Breaking open the Word
You don’t need ministry training or a degree in theology to explore the Scriptures. What you really need are a Bible, an open heart… and a guide. The Scriptures are the inspired Word of God but to be nourished by the Word, join me to “break it open” and look deeper, letting the Holy Spirit speak to us.
The messages I find as we read and discuss the weekly scriptures might feel right to you – but you also may find that the Holy Spirit tells you something else. And that’s absolutely alright. The key is to be open to all the different messages offered to us through the Scriptures!
